Lachlan Shire Council is pleased to announce its involvement in the 2024 community art exhibition and competition called WASTE 2 ART.  Waste 2 Art is a free waste inspired art competition and exhibition with a category for every member of the community from pre-school through to aspiring and professional artists.

Each year there is a specific waste stream that will be featured during Waste 2 Art and this year is the Year of Packaging which allows us to focus on specific problem wastes.  That doesn’t mean that you have to use this material in your artwork but we want to raise awareness each year of one particular problem waste stream.
