Lachlan Development Control Plan 2018

The purpose of this plan is to guide development within the Lachlan Shire, to be consistent with the aims and objectives of the Lachlan Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013. 

This plan is intended to transfer the provisions of the Development Control Plans, that were in force in the Lachlan Shire prior to the gazettal of Lachlan Local Environmental Plan 2013, and that are not incorporated within the LEP as well as relevant Council policies.
