Water and Sewer Interruptions

Lachlan Shire has a vast network of water and sewer infrastructure to maintain that can be affected by tree roots, new services being installed and pipe breakages. Council will notify residents of planned interruptions to the water supply within the Lachlan Shire area by media releases that can be found below.

Current emergency interruptions:

Council crews are currently repairing a water mains break near the roundabout on William Street, Condobolin.

The road has been closed from the roundabout to Evans Street. The water outage will impact businesses along William Street (between Bathurst Street and Lachlan Street) and will impact some businesses on Bathurst Street while repairs are underway. Businesses are requested to be conservative in their water usage during this outage.

Businesses in the affected area may experience water outages or reduced pressure. If discolouration exists, please turn on one or two internal taps for around 1 minute to flush the line.
