Development Application Support Service

Lachlan Shire Council is pleased to introduce a new Development Application Support Service, designed to assist residents with the online lodgement of development applications through the NSW Planning Portal.

The service is a complimentary service and the main goal is to provide residents with one-on-one support to help navigate the online lodgement process, ensuring all required documentation is uploaded correctly and applications are submitted efficiently.

With all development applications now required to be lodged through the NSW Planning Portal, Council recognises that some residents may benefit from additional assistance when using the online system.

The service is available by appointment and can be accessed at Council's offices in Condobolin and Lake Cargelligo.

Residents planning a new home, renovation, shed or other development requiring Council approval are encouraged to book an appointment before lodging their application.

Appointments are essential and can be arranged by contacting Council's Environment and Planning Department.
