Residents are reminded that Fifield town water is a raw water supply and must not to be used for household purposes (food preparation, showering, drinking) due to the health risk presented from bacteria.
Under Level 6 Water Restrictions, the town water supply may be used for flushing toilets. All outdoor water use is not permitted.
For business customers, a Water Saving Action Plan (WSAP) must be implemented and complied with for certain activities.
For further details on activities that are permitted or prohibited at different restriction levels, download the water restrictions tables on Council’s website: https://www.lachlan.nsw.gov.au/Everyday-Living/Residents/Water-Restriction-Information.
