Presentation of Financial Statements

In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act, 1993, Lachlan Shire Council advises that the ordinary Council meeting to be held on 25/11/2020 will include the presentation of the audited financial statements and presentation of the auditor’s reports for the year ending 30/6/2020.

Council’s ordinary meeting will commence at 2pm and will be located at the Condobolin Council Chambers.

Public Notice - Presentation of Financial Statements

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act, 1993,  any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports. Submissions are due to be lodged with Council no later than 5pm on 18 November 2020.
