Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009
In accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act), Lachlan Shire Council must keep a “Disclosure Log” that records information about Formal Access Applications made to Council, that Council decides to provide access (to some or all of the information applied for). The Disclosure Log is continuously updated as Formal Access Applications are processed and released under the GIPA Act.
