Travelling Within Lachlan Shire
Travelling through the heart of NSW provides an exciting alternative for caravanners and motorhomers who tire of heavy traffic and well travelled routes. Five major highways surround the area... the Newell, Mid Western, Barrier and Mitchell highways and the Kidman Way. So why not take a loop off the highways and enjoy the countryside.
There are three Caravan Parks within Lachlan Shire, and all offer excellent facilities to travellers. The parks are situated in Condobolin, Lake Cargelligo and Tottenham. CMCA have accredited Lake Cargelligo as an RV Friendly Town and Condobolin and Tottenham should be accredited RV Friendly very soon. Contact details are as follows:
