Demand Management Water Restrictions
DEMAND MANAGEMENT WATER RESTRICTIONS - TOWNSHIPS OF LAKE CARGELLIGO AND TULLIBIGEAL, AND RURAL CUSTOMERS CONNECTED TO TULLIBIGEAL RURAL PIPELINE AND KIKOIRA MINING EXTENSION PIPELINE.
Council advises that Level 2 Water Restrictions are to commence immediately in the villages of Lake Cargelligo, and Tullibigeal, and for rural customers connected to the Tullibigeal rural pipeline and Kikoira mining extension pipeline until further notice. The current extended period of high temperatures has resulted in a significant rise in consumption levels. Council are no longer able to meet current levels of demand.
